02Grounded in Egypt

Strong work can start anywhere.

We work with organizations of every size—from small social enterprises and NGOs in Upper Egypt, border governorates, rural areas and informal communities, to partners across the Middle East, Africa and the world. We bring local knowledge and donor priorities into one clear plan.

04Our way

Understand. Plan. Move. Keep it working.

We do not start with a ready-made answer. We listen first, then build with you. We share what worked, what did not and what we learned—so we can create better answers together.

01

Understand

We listen, ask simple questions, and find the real problem.

02

Plan

We choose the goal and build clear steps to reach it.

03

Move

We bring the right people, money, and tasks together.

04

Continue

We help your team keep the work strong after we leave.

09Movement SPS field notes

Three practical subjects, clearly organized.

01
GRANT READINESS

Before we write, we test the opportunity.

A good call is not always the right call for your organization.

Open 2-minute note
  • Does your work match the funder’s goal?
  • Can you prove the need?
  • Can your team deliver and report?
02
PARTNERSHIP DESIGN

A partner needs a clear reason to say yes.

A partnership works when each side brings value and knows its role.

Open 2-minute note
  • Name the shared problem.
  • Show what each partner brings.
  • Agree on decisions, money and credit.
03
FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY

One grant is not a funding strategy.

Strong organizations mix income, partners and reserves.

Open 2-minute note
  • Do not depend on one donor.
  • Price the real cost of delivery.
  • Build a pipeline before money runs out.
